Why I Created Voices of Impact
I didn't grow up with visible role models who showed me what it meant to lead with confidence, authenticity, and inner authority.
So I became that role model.
Across my career in tech, business consulting, and executive coaching, I learned how to own my voice, trust my perspective, and lead from alignment rather than permission.
Voices of Impact was born from that journey.
This platform exists to give other leaders the space to share their message, their wisdom, and their God-given gifts without dilution, performance, or expectation to fit a mold.
Here, depth matters more than noise. Alignment matters more than exposure.
